How do I join?
Visit my Patreon page and scroll down to the section titled “Choose your Membership.” Select a tier and click the “Join” button. You’ll be prompted to create an account or log in. From there you’ll add shipping and billing information, check out, and voila! You’re a member!
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are using your phone, I highly recommend you DO NOT sign up via the Patreon app. Sign-ups made through the Patreon app are subject to Apple's fees, making your subscription more expensive. You can avoid these fees by signing up through your web browser.
What is the difference between membership tiers?
There are 4 tiers to choose from:

I just joined! How do I know which sticker set I’m getting?
You’ll receive the sticker set designed for the month during which you signed up. For example, a member who signs up on October 1st and a member who signs up on October 31st will both get October’s sticker set as their first shipment. You can see the current sticker set by looking at my recent posts on Patreon; posts are usually titled “(current month) SET REVEAL" .
What is Patreon?
Patreon is a platform that allows fans to support their favorite creators financially by pledging a certain dollar amount each month in exchange for rewards and exclusive access to patron-only content.
I run Paper Surprise Sticker Club through Patreon because it provides a convenient and fairly reliable one stop shop for facilitating monthly billing, collecting sales tax, contacting members, posting updates, taking polls, etc. Many of my members are already familiar with the platform from supporting other creators, which makes signing up to my page a breeze.
I am not affiliated with Patreon beyond my use of the platform and a portion of each pledge goes toward fees. If you have questions about using Patreon, please visit their support page.
Can I see examples of past sticker sets?
Yes! Every sticker sheet you see in my online shop is an example of a past set that was created for Paper Surprise Sticker Club :) Many of the smaller items like individual vinyl stickers and postcards are examples of past bonus items as well!
Can I buy sticker sets individually?
Yes! New sticker sets are exclusive to Patreon for the month they’re released, after which they are available a la carte on my online shop.
How and when will my stickers arrive?
Stickers are mailed out to all patrons via USPS first class mail halfway through each month, usually around the 15th. I post a picture of the stack of envelopes on Patreon each month to let members know they've been mailed. Shipping usually takes 1-5 business days to arrive to members within the US. International delivery time varies widely depending upon location, but is estimated at 8-21 business days.
Unfortunately, tracking is not available for first class stamped mail. If you’d like to upgrade your shipping to allow tracking, please contact me via email ([email protected]) or patreon message.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, for the standard sticker club tier! International shipping is not available for Two of Them or Sticker Kings due to prohibitive shipping costs :(
Help! What should I do if my stickers don’t arrive?
The postal service is subject to a lot of both human and mechanical error, so unfortunately some stickers do inevitably get delayed or go missing in the mail.
If you don’t receive your stickers by the end of the month (or 20 business days after mailing if you are outside the U.S.), please first check to make sure the shipping address and billing information in your patreon account is accurate. If your information looks correct, please fill out this form and I’d be happy to send you a replacement!

When will I be charged?
Patrons are charged when they first sign up, and then on the first of each subsequent month. Payment may take a few days to process depending on your bank.
Can I pause my membership or skip a month?
Unfortunately, there’s no automatic way to skip months with Patreon. If you’d like to skip the upcoming month, I recommend either downgrading your membership tier to “Seeing Stuff” or canceling before the end of the current month. Upgrade your pledge or re-join at any time!

Can I pay for my membership in advance?
I don’t currently offer payment in advance, which would prevent my ability to pause subscriptions as needed during busy months (usually 1-2 months a year) or in case of emergency.
Can I give a membership to Paper Surprise Sticker Club as a gift?
I don’t currently offer a way to pre-pay for a certain amount of months as a gift, but you can sign up and send your stickers directly to a friend by using their shipping address instead of your own. Please note that you’ll be responsible for letting the recipient know about the gift, making any necessary updates to their shipping address on patreon, and canceling the subscription!
If I sign up for the Two of Them tier, can I send half of my subscription to someone else?
Only one delivery address per membership is allowed. If you’d like to split your subscription with a friend, please pass it along to them after it’s arrived.
